Carrie Bradshaw Inspired + Size Tutu OOTD

Every now and then it's perfectly okay to dress up and do something outside the norm. So when I saw this tutu on Zelieforshe.com I was automatically taken back to Sex and the City and Ms. Carrie Bradshaw. I wore this outfit for my 29th birthday and had a ball. Now while I know this isn't for everyone but sometimes it's fun to be different and the tutu skirt is very feminine and girly which is right up my alley. Enjoy.

   Last month I was given the opportunity to review a crop top and skirt set from eShakti.com. I featured this look on my Youtube Channel as a Memorial Day Inspired OOTD. How to style a tutu

When it comes to styling a tutu it's important to keep it simple and allow the tutu to be the focus point. My rule of thumb is balance, in this case my tutu is big so I paired it with a simple tank from Old Navy, my floral statement necklace from Target, the Law Handbag from Justfab and my pointed-toe neutral pumps from Aldo.

Are gladiator sandals plus-size friendly? Absolutely, I'm a firm believer that plus-size girls can rock gladiator sandals. The key to find the perfect sandal is finding a gladiator sandal with the perfect straps and one that allows stretch.
